As President of Pelletier & Associés Conseils, Sylvain Pelletier co-founded a smart building company where he was Vice President - Chief Technology and Innovation Officer (CTIO) for 2 years. He developed the engineering division and participated in the development of the turnkey concept of multi-dwelling units (MDUs) and retirement homes. Over the past 30 years, he has participated in the realization of several large-scale projects where he played a determining role in the selection and integration of technologies. Over the years, Sylvain Pelletier has acquired a great knowledge of technologies and has developed a unique expertise in their valorization. Mr. Pelletier is a successful leader who has contributed to the success of projects with prestigious developers such as Hydro-Québec, Mont-Tremblant Resort, Groupe Sélection, Chartwell, Groupe Maurice, Devimco, EMD-Batimo, Spec-Com, Unity and many others.
