As President of Pelletier & Associés Conseils, Sylvain Pelletier co-founded an intelligent building company where he was Vice President - Chief Technology and Innovation Officer (CTIO) for 2 years. He developed the engineering department and participated in the development of the turnkey concept for MDUs and retirement homes. Over the last 30 years, he has participated in the realization of several major projects, playing a decisive role in the selection and integration of technologies. Over the years, Sylvain Pelletier has acquired a vast knowledge of technologies and has developed a unique expertise in their valorization. Mr. Pelletier is a successful leader who has contributed to the success of projects with renowned developers such as Hydro-Québec, la station Mont-Tremblant,  le Groupe Sélection, Chartwell, le Groupe Maurice, Devimco, EMD-Batimo, Spec-Com, Unity Télécom and many others.
